A Classic: The Percé Rock

Français

A real monument, right here in the Province of Quebec. When I walked around it at low tide, I used shoes due to the sharp edges of the sea bottom. By chance, they were old shoes… because at my way back, the tide was already rising up and I had to reach the shore in the salty water.

It’s an island and sheer rock formation in the Gulf of Saint Lawrence just off the tip of the Gaspé Peninsula, near the village of Percé.
